Taking over Blessing’s Bar from April 7th, Abdulla Amin and Hugo Toland’s Middle Eastern-inspired take on traditional recipes bring a new flavour to the plates of London. With a casual, and cool vibe, platters of spice infused fried chicken, buttermilk soaked cauliflower florets and a vibrant betroot falafel are served on mini charred flat breads, with a variety of sauces – Tahini Hype, Scotch Bonnet Mayo, Fresh Sweet Chilli, Honey Mustard BBQ and Sumac Yoghurt.
